One registered author can present a maximum of 2 papers. In addition, a fee of 1000 Turkish Liras is charged for each paper to be presented.
If other authors of co-authored papers wish to attend the conference in person, they must register as a audience in order to benefit from the conference facilities. Other authors of co-authored papers can attend virtual sessions free of charge.
The faculty member who will present a paper with his/her student must pay an audience fee.
Teachers and Students should send their staff/student cards to the conference e-mail address (icits2024@kastamonu.edu.tr) in order to benefit from the fee discount.
